  1.      Registration form for HFM version 4.0
  2.  
  3.      If you decide to use HFM regularly you have to acquire a licence by 
  4.      registration. The licence fee is 30 DM or $20 or the equivalent amount 
  5.      in another currency. Cash will be accepted and is preferred if the 
  6.      payment is not in DM.
  7.      Registerd users can get the turbo pascal source code upon request at 
  8.      no extra cost.  
  9.      For all registered users of older versions the version 4 is a free
  10.      upgrade.
  11.    
  12.      The evaluation copy of HFM version 4 is the fully functional product
  13.      without any restrictions. Therefore you will not need a new version or
  14.      registration password from me. If you register an outdated version of
  15.      HFM, I will send you the current version.

  17.      The registration of HFM is handled by me or in the case of credit card 
  18.      orders by the Public (software) Library.
  19.      
  20.      Credid card orders - These have to be sent directly to PsL I am not
  21.      allowed to forward them to PsL.
  22.      You can order with MC (Eurocard), Visa, Amex or Discover from Public 
  23.      (software) Library by calling 800-2424-PsL or 713-524-6394 or by FAX to 
  24.      713-524-6398 or by CIS Email to 71355,470. You can also mail credid
  25.      card orders to PsL at P.O.Box 35705, Houston, TX 77235-5705.
